Billing questions
Does Premium renew?
Yes. Premium renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Your Subscription page shows the next renewal date.
How do I cancel?
Open Subscription in the app and choose Cancel renewal. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds and payments
Payments are final and are not refunded; our Terms have the details. Payments are handled by Paystack (and Stripe where offered). See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
